4+ years experience in Pedestrian Protection development projects (Euro NCAP and Regulation
(EC) 78/2009); from concept stage to final validation.
This position requires high skills and proven experience in:
- Styling feasibility, package analysis and target setting in concept stage
- FE model setup from CAD for adult/child head, Flex PLI and Upper leg forms
- Analytical skills to propose solutions, ideas, and concepts to improve performance
- Performance development and troubleshooting; action plan definition
- Test witnessing, follow-up, data analysis and reporting
- High degree of correlation CAE vs Test
- Good communication skills; project management meetings
- Expert LS-Dyna and Hyperworks user
Requirements: 1. Education: Master Degree (Automotive Engineering)
2. Experience: Senior (4+ years experience in Pedestrian Protection. Additional experience in
other safety areas also valuable)
3. Language: Fluent English (oral and written)
4. Software: Expert LS-Dyna and Hyperworks user
