職責(zé)描述：
1. Overall management to the lab daily operation (chemical/cross section lab, R&D lab, ORT lab etc), including: purcahsing and maitaining all the lab equipments, fixtures, tools, updating working instruments and procedure, as well as introducing and explaining international (or industrial) standards, customer technical requirements, and other test criteria;
2. Provide test guidances, suggestions, or consultant services, how to better perform different tests, such as: Reliability, RoHS, Halogen, and others related tests, against different standards (international or industrial), as well as special tests upon special requests;
3. Make continuous improvements for the lab technology(man, machine, material, method, and working environment, such as: layout, air-conditioner, ESD smocks and shoes, and operation safety, etc.);
4. Enhance the lab technical service level and technician technical skills, through trainings.
5. Team work with engineering team for the technical developing, failure analysis report buy off, Lab report certification.

任職要求：
1. It is better to have experiences with engineering background in manufacturing factory (process engineering, equipment engineering, or quality engineering), or similar;
2. Experiences in professional lab or in university lab, with technical experiment background, will be equivalent to the experience requirements.
3.Uunderstand test principles, test standards, and test documents, quickly;
4. Work with different labs outside (as suppliers) who provide test services to MFC;
5. Univertisty graduate, major in engineering/chemical, or with manufacturing process background, is expected. 6. Over 8 years working experience in similar position, good team work ability. Familiar with quality tools.

2011 – 建立并運用中國成都工廠，提供柔性線路板組裝及模組業(yè)務(wù) （2014年關(guān)閉）
2012 – 公司總部搬遷至美國加利福尼亞州.爾灣
2016 – 東山精密全資收購
