Summary of Job Function:

Support the operation of finance team from system & reporting aspect. Play an active role in providing solution on data processing.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial data processing & coordination for all functions;
2. Prepare & Consolidate financial reports from all entities for submission;
3. Ensure the data integrity among existing financial systems;
4. Provide solution to improve system operating efficiency;
5. Maintain internal finance websites;
6. Work closely with other colleagues in Finance, Business and IT Team to achieve the operational excellence.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance or IT related;
2. Minimum 3-years’ working experiences in finance, experience in multi-national company is preferred;
3. Be familiar with all accounting practices and experienced in financial planning and reporting processes;
4. Be confident & willing to take challenges, smart working and quick learner;
5. Good interpersonal skill, good attitude to work;
6. Good language capabilities for English, fluent in both written & spoken.
7. Strong computer & data processing skill, and rich knowledge with operational system, such as JDE, SAP or Oracle will be a plus etc.
