- Leading his area in running production to meet the volume and quality requirements.

- Securing the training of his personnel in Assembly skills, Standardized work and the NEVS
production philosophy and way of work.
確保管理范圍內(nèi)人員的技能培訓(xùn)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)和符合NEVS生產(chǎn)理念及工作方式
- Together with HR secure that the right competence and numbers are hired in time.

-Plan and secure the team’s training in building the products to achieve required targets of
product Quality and Volume.

任職資格： Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
A) Basic Requirements：
- Technical Education from university
機(jī)械專業(yè)本科以上畢業(yè)
- Leadership experience
具有管理經(jīng)驗
- Good written and spoken English
良好的英文聽說讀寫能力
- Have Car Driving license
可以熟練駕駛機(jī)動車
B) Working Experiences Requirements：
- Experience from General assembly in automotive industry
整車廠總裝工作經(jīng)驗
- Experienced in Lean production
具有精益生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗
C) Technical Skill Requirements：
- Good computer skills in general including MS Office, Excel,

D) Personal Attribute Requirements：
- Have communication and relationship building skills.
