? 4+ years of SAP BASIS Administration experience
? Familiar with SAP products like SAP ECC/BW/PI/SM and have at least one project implement expertise in each products
? Familiar with one of SAP HA/DR/backup technology Like Linux HA/HANA system replication.
? Familiar with SAP user/role admin and at least one SAP user/role design/creation experience
? Knowledge of SAP HANA database and have at least one SAP HANA project experience.
? Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? demonstrated ability to break down problems into constituent parts and develop and drive plans for resolution.
? SAP/HANA PA certifications a plus.
? Knowledge of ABAP is a plus
? Communicate with English is mandatory
Responsibilities:
? SAP system monitoring and generate weekly/monthly report
? SAP system installation/patch and update/upgrade tasks.
? Handle SAP related tickets within SLA
? Responsible for user/role design and creation.
? Ensure SAP system stability and good performance.
? Ensure SAP system and data safety
? Perform SAP system backup and restore tasks
? Perform SAP system DR drill test per quarterly or yearly.
