- Solid manufacturing finance working experience with leading companies, fortune 500 is a plus
- Strong costing experience
- Financial Plan and analysis , forecast experience are solid and must
- SAP key user or Financial SME, familiar with CO module Cognos and TM1 experience are plus
- SOX compliance experience is a plus
- Fluent English in written, and oral are must
- good team management and leadership skill
