-負(fù)責(zé)方向盤(pán)部件的工程開(kāi)發(fā)和供應(yīng)商管理（方向盤(pán)、DAB、散熱模塊等）。-作為生產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)負(fù)責(zé)人，組織技術(shù)會(huì)議并完成對(duì)方向盤(pán)相關(guān)供應(yīng)商的技術(shù)評(píng)估。-與全球工程團(tuán)隊(duì)、采購(gòu)員和項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)合作開(kāi)展供應(yīng)商提名活動(dòng)。-根據(jù)雷諾項(xiàng)目要求，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)方向盤(pán)部件。開(kāi)發(fā)活動(dòng)包括剖面設(shè)計(jì)、3D 數(shù)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)和 2D 圖紙發(fā)布、EWO、DV/PV 報(bào)告、RGPQP 文件和 BOM 管理。-負(fù)責(zé)定義方向盤(pán)的性能和功能，根據(jù)基準(zhǔn)和客戶經(jīng)驗(yàn)報(bào)告詳細(xì)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。-確保供應(yīng)商的提案符合雷諾的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格。-控制方向盤(pán)組件的成本、質(zhì)量、重量和時(shí)間方面的項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)。-領(lǐng)導(dǎo)解決項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)階段的工程問(wèn)題。-車(chē)輛工程、機(jī)械工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷。-6年以上方向盤(pán)開(kāi)發(fā)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉制造流程、PDT和數(shù)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布流程，熟練掌握CATIA和RVT。-工作語(yǔ)言為流利英語(yǔ)。-有知名 OEM 或相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。-積極主動(dòng)、以解決方案為導(dǎo)向、具有前瞻性思維、良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
