職位描述/要求：Bachelor degree, majored in electrics or automation or related degree, solid technical backgroud.Solid experience in development or maintain key direct account business with proven track record in power supply and/or automation industriesGood commercial skills in developing accounts.Good communication skills teamwork and cooperationcustomer orientedBe persuasive and has good ability of analytical thinkingperformance-orientedWilling to travel frequentlyuseful handling of information工作職責(zé)：Key account development within territory: - Build up the knowledge of key customers and key industries with his territory including all potential accounts - Be able to develop and drive the targeted key account sales strategy, build up extensive full level knowledge of the customer including business partner in case when needed.- Develop direct customer access, key personnel contacts, and continually expand the customer base.Leverage existing customer base Expand into new industries- Manage a complex selling environmentPartner development(Distributors, other industry partners):- Develop extensive knowledge of the power suppliers or automation products market in his/her territory – end users, applications, competitors and competitive products, market pricing, Sales rep, distribution channels, service practices, sales programs, etc… - Identify, design/develop new partners/distributor strategy within the territory- Training distributor sales personnel to make right approach to customers by organizing our internal technical/marketing resource etc…- Coordinate distributor activities and inter****s such as product demonstration, product application or test.- Develop an effective and successful distributor structure / network in the regionSales tools and reporting:- Establish and maintain timely as well as high quality sales forecasting and use sales tools toreport.- Compile and maintain point of sales as well as key project report for account and potential channel. - Provide market and trend report about channel development in assigned territory.1．自動(dòng)化、電氣或相關(guān)工科類專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷 2．三年以上工業(yè)產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；電氣零部件行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先（電源相關(guān)佳）；3. 有銷(xiāo)售沖勁，能獨(dú)立開(kāi)發(fā)和維護(hù)大客戶.；有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)，結(jié)果導(dǎo)向； 4．誠(chéng)實(shí),客觀,有親和力及出色的溝通交流技巧 5．做事認(rèn)真細(xì)致認(rèn)真，有自我管理能力及自我驅(qū)動(dòng)意識(shí). 6．能承受工作壓力 7．良好的英文書(shū)面能力者優(yōu)先崗位職責(zé)：1. 新客戶開(kāi)發(fā)，老客戶維護(hù)經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商的開(kāi)發(fā)和維護(hù)；2．制定銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃并完成所制定銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo) 3．報(bào)告和數(shù)據(jù)，提供市場(chǎng)分析報(bào)告以及有效的開(kāi)發(fā)工具給經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商等4．管理應(yīng)收貨款，客戶發(fā)貨協(xié)調(diào)
