We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our group’s game business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and deriving product plans. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Crowdfunding, Board Games and/or the Steam Games market and a track record of driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:?Identify and fit gaps or pursue opportunities in the Board Games/Steam Games market?Familiar with the Kickstarter or Gamefound crowdfunding operations?Experience in the indie game development ecosystem, able to understand the needs and wants of the game developers?Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, importantly indie game or board game developers?Negotiate and close deals with partners to secure distribution rights for new games and expand our catalog?Analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks?Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement?Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue, user acquisition, and engagement metrics?Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to ensure the success of ProductsRequirements:?Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field?3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the gaming industry dealing with indie developers?Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful partnerships and deals?Strong understanding and experience on Steam Games or Board Games market and its key p****s?Excellent negotiation and communication skills?Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment?Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making?Native Chinese speaking candidates will be prioritized as target market is Chinese speaking.If you are a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for the gaming industry, we would love to hear from you.Please state your current or last drawn salary.Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduateSalary: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per monthBenefits:?Parental leave?Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:?Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:?Performance bonusEducation:?Bachelor's or equivalent (Required)Experience:?Business development: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:?Status to work in Singapore?
