崗位職責：-負責光纖通訊產品的工藝開發(fā)和維護，確保能夠量產高質量、高可靠性的產品；-組織關鍵工藝設計、可行性評估及驗證；-分析解決客戶投訴的產品質量問題，與開發(fā)團隊和質量部門緊密協(xié)作，對缺陷問題進行及時跟蹤，制定、實施糾正和預防措施-負責樣品轉量產階段工藝文件的編寫，并指導和培訓生產員工；-及時協(xié)助解決生產過程中的工藝異常；-主導產品工程變更執(zhí)行，滿足客戶設計變更需求；任職資格：-專科及以上學歷，通信、機械相關專業(yè)，三年及以上光纜、跳線、光器件等產品開發(fā)或工藝制程相關工作經驗；-熟練使用辦公或相關設計軟件；-掌握產品的制作工藝，良好的動手操作能力，能獨立分析和改善生產工藝問題；-良好的溝通協(xié)調能力，有責任心，團隊意識強。
