The Foundation Administrative Coordinator at the Tianjin Juilliard School works closely with the Manager of Development and provides support for all activities of the Tianjin Juilliard School Education Development Foundation天津茱莉亞學院基金會行政專員將與發(fā)展事務(wù)經(jīng)理密切合作，支持基金會各項運營工作。Reporting to the Development Manager匯報：發(fā)展事務(wù)經(jīng)理Responsibilities:工作職責：1. Assist in the efficient management of administrative tasks, including drafting, circulating, and archiving legal documents related to the Foundation協(xié)助基金會各項行政及法律文書的起草、流轉(zhuǎn)與歸檔；2. Assist with the improvement, updating, and review of various regulations governing the TJS Education Development Foundation協(xié)助完善、更新、審定基金會各項制度；3. Help organize Foundation meetings, including but not limited to preparing meeting materials, arranging meeting venues, drafting meeting minutes, and accomplishing pre-/post- meeting reporting to relevant governmental organizations支持落實基金會理事會會務(wù)，包括但不限于會議資料整理、會場布置及組織、會議紀要、會前會后備案；4. Assist in the operation and maintenance of the Foundation website, as well as contribute to the planning and development of website content協(xié)助基金會網(wǎng)站運營及維護，策劃內(nèi)容及素材；5. Assist in media publicity and promotion efforts, and aid in managing the Foundations’ social media accounts協(xié)助媒體宣傳供稿，維護基金會社交賬號；6. Assist in the preparation of the Foundation for various reviews and ****uations, including but not limited to the 3-year performance assessment of social organizations, annual reporting and auditing, etc. and help collate, complete, and submit relevant materials協(xié)助完成基金會通過各項審核，包括但不限于社會組織等級評估等、年報年檢工作、審計等，支持整理、填寫并報送相關(guān)材料；7.
